Services include access to educational content, subject-related queries, and preparation materials. Plans are purchased based on the total number of questions, not on monthly or annual subscriptions.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian if younger.
- Ensure that all registration information is accurate, current, and complete.
- Use the service for lawful purposes only.
4. Account Registration and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false or incomplete information or engage in unauthorized activities.
5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store sensitive payment information. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method periodically according to the terms of your subscription.
Refunds and Cancellations
Once a plan is purchased, no refunds are provided unless there is a technical issue that prevents access to the service. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details. Duplicate billing may extend the total number of questions available to you.
6. Disclaimer for Legal and Academic Outcomes
a. For Advocates and Lawyers:
The information provided through our LLM chat system is intended to assist in legal research and case preparation. However, EqTo is not responsible for the outcome of any legal case. The use of our service does not guarantee success in court. Advocates are encouraged to exercise their professional judgment and consult authoritative sources when necessary.
b. For NEET and Other Exam Aspirants:
Our services aim to support exam preparation by answering queries and providing study assistance. However, EqTo does not guarantee success in any exams, including NEET, CBSE, UPSC, or CA exams, and is not responsible if you fail to achieve a passing score or the desired rank. Success in exams depends on a wide range of factors, including individual study habits, exam conditions, and performance.
7. Use of Service
By using EqTo, you agree not to:
